Tablet Lost by Kodak employee
In March 2015, My sister went to kodak to print pictures of her son with her Samsung tablet. While she was printing, She moved a few steps away from where the tablet and printer were, Justin, an employee at kodak Kollonade mall, saw the tablet, then gave the tablet to a lady who was walking out of the shop (he says). Justin says he asked if the tablet was the ladys, and she says yes, that was when he handed the tablet to her. After that, i called Kodak head office, i spoke to a lady named Monica, who kindly forwarded me to Jerry, who is the head of that region i was told. He then told me that he will speak with the mall security to acquire footage. to date we are still waiting for feedback. I realy feel like we are being abused, as customers, because in a shop with many people, one cannot ask one person if something is their belonging. My question is, how many times has Justin done this? IT IS WRONG!
