Shocked at the worst service I have ever received

Worst service I have ever received. The centurion shop is tiny and poorly laid out. Also horribly understaffed, the que to the desk starts at the entrance of the shop. The staff is unknowledgeable and simply do not care about their customers. I went there on the day before Mother's day to print a photo as a gift. Since I am not an expert at photo sizes, I went frame in hand to ensure that the assistant could see where I intended the photo to fit. The frame, however came with a border and the assistant did not take that into account when deciding on the photo size. When I collected the photo two hours later, It was handed to me rolled up with the print side on the outside of the roll and with a massive white border. I realised at this point that the photo was the wrong size and tried to make it work, I asked them tho cut it down to size so that I could see whether I could fit it into the frame and WAS HANDED SCISSORS TO DO IT MYSELF. When I tried to complain to the manager, he maintained that the shop where I had purchased the frame was at fault by not giving the incorrect dimentions and that I would have to pay full price and wait another hour to get the correct sized photo. They made absolutly no attempt at accommodating me, in fact, the cashier who originally served me ended up screaming the same point that the manager was trying to make at me. I ended up visiting my mum empty handed on Mother's day.
