Good day.

On the 30th of July by the time of 9 am I visited your Kodak branch in Witbank Highveld Mall to scan and email my documents. The lady who assisted me claimed that the email was sent. Little did she know that the email address I asked her to send to was my personal email address.

I told her that I have not received any email. She claimed that there was no network but she'll resend again. Nothing was sent. She asked me to walk around the Mall and come back later again. I was so annoyed because she knew exactly that nothing was sent and just wasted my time.

A very poor service and I'll never ever set my foot or recommend it to anyone.
