Rude and Unprofessional staff with Bad service

So I ordered an item that takes 3 -5 working days to make. Nevermind ne having to call numerous times and 3 weeks later for it only being ready. Had someone fetch it on my behalf and the staff were unprofessional by jot knowing what item what on the order receipt aswell as not customer care experience as he gave my helper endless problems and decided to shout at the person picking up my parcel. I would never recommend their unprofessional services to anyone as if I hadn't followed up id proberbly still be without my item ordered
