Ridiculous Service

The staff here have absolutely no idea what they are doing. We paid for 2 pictures to be printed on A3 Canvas 4days ago, it is still not done. They do not answer calls or return. They are also refusing to refund us. Everyday they have a different story in regards to why it is not ready.
