Pathetic service

Kodak Southgate have unprofessional staff. The lady was assisting me on a machine which was faulty and we had to change machine. When I ask why she said sometimes the machine works fine. I was moving photos from my phone to machine and ended wasting my time and got late for my appointment. When I explained inconvenience caused the lady did not acknowledge her mistake which was very unprofessional
