Overcharged for developing and terrible attitute

I required to develop two films and when into the Killarney store on the 28th of Nov 2105, I was advised that they will have to send it to Westgate and it would take a month. I was asked to pay upfront and amount of R120.00. On the 26th of Dec 2016 I took a chance to collect and a female consult rudely asked me if I could read as it was not a month as yet. So I called back on the 29th and was assisted by Lucas who said it is not ready and he will call me once they arrive from Westgate. On the 2nd of Feb 2016 I went to the store and was given a package. When I got home and looked at the pics, the quality was extremely poor and once one film developed. I was highly upset with the service and attitude of the staff together with having to pay for two films to be developed and once provided with one. When I went back for the 5th time to enquire, all he could say was that is how they charge clients. What a ******* for a well know development company, truly the most disgusting service I have ever received and a disgrace to the brand as a whole. The owner needs to review his staff attitude and pricing. The level of service seems to be deteriorating in this day and age.
