KODAK Somerset west mall.. Horrible service

I am so furious for the level of service i just received from Kodak store baded in Somerset west mall. For my first experience in your Somerset west mall branch was terrible. If there was a rating level of -0 i would have probably chosen that. I have never felt so humiliated and embarrassed in my entire life and infront of other clients in your store. On Thursday 16th September 2021 at round about 17:18 i was in your store to make copies from a template I've sent via email of which small amendments had to be made. 2 staff members were on duty on the day of which one was a female and a male... The female assisted me first but then handed me over to the guy on duty which wasn't very eager or showing any interest to assist me. Apparently the lady could only do these changes on the computer that is stationed to the gentleman cause only he can do these changes. When the lady asked gentleman if he can do the changes for me, he rep****.... NO!!! Your company must make these changes themself. With immediate effect i left your branch furious, upset and disappointed. Firstly i would not have needed your service if my company could have done it in the first place. Secondly as far as i remember KODAK is a printing and copy company. so why could my expectations not be met to do these amendments???? I will never return to your store AGAIN!!!!!! today was my first time in your store and i will never ever recomend any other person, friend or family member to your store in Somerset west mall ever!!!! The service was just terrible and poor.
