Kodak Sandton City Disaster

I am appalled with the service I received from Kodak Sandton City, I took 5 Tshirts there on Monday, for them to print them , I paid R100 for each Tshirt and R40 for them to design the print for each Tshirt, so I gave them what I wanted and emailed them the example of what I wanted and confirm with the guy that was taking down my order if he received my email, he confirmed hi did and saved the pic, on Tuesday when I collect my Tshirts the printing is not as I requested, when I asked them what happened they guy who was taking my order tells me that the person who was printing the Tshirts did not see the example I sent to them and he had already left, I then asked them for the solution because I am not taking the tshirts that don't make sense for my sons 1st birthday. with printing that is worth R600, he then told me if i can buy new Tshirts they will reprint them I told him no because I dont have anymore money to spend and correct their mistake. I left the Tshirts and told them to call me once they corrected them, they then called me another guy from kodak saying he is calling on behalf of the consultant who messed up my order, and said that consultant is a casual and he doesn't have money as he needs to buy the Tshirts, can I buy the Tshirts and they will print them for free, I told them I don't have money to correct their mistake, and I took my Tshirts to them because they came highly recommended and i didn't mind paying for good quality but what i have experienced I will not recommend Kodak Sandton to anyone, I have no Tshirts for my sons birthday what a disappointment and stress
