Kodak Express *******

I went to Kodak Express at The Glen on Sunday the 27th Oct 2019, I asked for USA Digital passport photos. I provided the memory stick and was obviously only given 4 photos for my family of 4 and R298,36. That was a *******, as I was charged the same price as the printed photos, where you get 4 and a free gift as per the advertising. I asked for the free gift and was told that if its digital then there are no free gifts.

Please explain to me how does that costing make sense?????
