I D photo's

I required ID photo's for my son as he needed to apply for his driver's license. I drove to Westgate as it was the closest shop. I arrived there at 17:10 2/6/2015. The lady behind the counter told me the machine is off? I asked off what? She rep**** off for maintenance. I asked her if there was another shop in the mall that could assist and she said \No!"I then raced to another shop in the mall that I thought would be able to assist but it closed down. I ran back passed the shop only to see that they are taking ID o Passport photos of other people. I was confused and walk into the shop where a gentleman behind the desk was on the phone. He has a discussion with the person on the phone which was not the problem"
