Horrible customer service

Ive been calling 3 of their branches mainly Grove. My calls kept going out to the branch at grove and they started deaclining calls. I finally got through to the Centurion branch. The man who picked up was extremely rude when i had askes where i can put in a complaint about their customer service. Ans kept using level 3 lockdown as an excuse for them continuously hanging the phone up.
