Highly upset-kodak express vaal mall

So disappointed in the no service I just received at Kodak express in vaal mall. I arrived at 15:25 and I was told I could not be assisted they are assisting the last client. When I asked why the guy said because he still has to clean up his machine why did I not come earlier. Mind you they close at 16:00. Same hours as the mall. I am disgusted and angry as I have to submit this project by tomorrow. I wonder if the owners of this express counter know that their customers are being chased away. Even if a client walks a minute before closing time, you assist the client.
