Expectations not kept

On sunday at 11h14 I paid for my prints to be done. I was told I would be able to collect at 12h30. The store closed at 1pm. So i asked that some please call me when they arrive to avoid driving up and down. So at 12h45 I called to follow up. I was told that the store was closing at 1pm and that the photos would be ready to collect at 1pm. I came to the store at 13h14 to be told the pics will be here \any minute now"... well of course they still havent arrived and it's an hour after i was told they would be ready. Absolutely ridiculous. If your printer doesn't work rather close the doors instead of messing around with your clients precious time! And that on a freaking SUNDAY!!"""
