Don't even try the Norwood branch

I went to the Norwood branch to get my passport photos done. I had done my make up really nicely and put a lot of effort into what I was going to wear and how my photo was going to look. Upon arrival I was asked what country I would be needing photos for. I rep**** saying I needed Irish passport photos. Without consulting any guidelines the lady told me to sit down. She told me to tuck my hair behind my ears, and then that my hair should all be put behind my back. She then took the picture. I checked the guidelines on my phone and didn't understand why they were trying to make me look as ugly as possible. When I showed Trevor Sachs the guideline picture he said in a condescending tone, "Well, we can do it how you want them but we won't take responsibility if they aren't accepted." It was impossible to get a decent one with my hair looking like that so I ended up having to take another one. I had to go and buy stuff to try and change my hairstyle, which was also not "acceptable" as I was told by a different employee. I just went with the last one because I was sick of feeling like it was photo day at school. Not a flattering picture either but then I go and check the guidelines again and these people in this store, including the owner, ALL got the guidelines wrong for photos for my country. Now I'm stuck with six photos in which I do not look the way I intended on looking and a really bad taste in my mouth after how I was treated. How can you not even have a file with the guidelines in them so that you can check for reference so that the customer gets a good photo if they're allowed one? I wouldn't touch this shop with a barge pole seeing as they care so little about customer satisfaction. How lazy and arrogant can you get?!
