Disgusting treatment of clients

I went in there to have a picture printed for my daughter. I asked many questions seeing that I don't know what the costs or pricing is of the print. While asking these questions a guy in the background either laughed or apparently choked on a cooling he was drinking I am not sure whether or not this guys works there.. I turned around to see if this guy was laughing at my stupidity and to my surprise he was standing there with a smirk on his face. I then asked him if he was laughing at me and his response was..who's laughing again with a smirk on his face. As a customer I expected a I am not laughing I have choked I then told him please buddy do not laugh at me regardless of my intentions please don't laugh at me because his entire outlook was not one that you'd expect of customer service representatives. At this point the manager perused an argument with me saying that I should not accuse "his people" of anything as I did not know if he was choking or smiling again he did not have time to ask this guy what the truth was, the same like me. And made me feel as if I came into the store to fight with someone. I am absolutely disgusted at the way I was treated by both gentlemen at the store.
