We tried Kodak mall@redds more than once and received bad to no service every time. We ended up going to centurion branch and its hard to believe it’s the same company as the service at centurion is awesome. Yesterday my wife went to mall@redds Kodak for a print of normal post card photo’s as its close to us. There were 3 assistants in the store and no other clients not one came to help her and just looked at her carrying on taking to each other. She then decided to insert the usb stick into the self help machine and pushed the clear all new job button one of the assistants came to the machine and started to scream at her and started talking to the other in his language . One lady came and ripped the stick out of the machine and plugged it into the other two saying the usb stick isn’t working. My wife left feeling discussed by their behaviour . Again we ended up going to centurion and what do you know the usb is working and there were no “F U white lady” treatment .
