Beyond pathetic service at Kodak Thaba Mall

On the 12th Nov, I went to Kodak @ Thaba Mall, wanted to take ID photos, I was on the queue behind 1 client, there came 2 black ladies asking me if they can take ID photos, I said yes and they stood behind me on the queue, since nobody acknowledged any of us, there came a white people couple,then the Manager acknowledged them warmly and they passed and went infront of the queue,since it's 2 counters, I kept quitting see if they'll served before us or what,the client in front of me was done and it was my turn to be served, ad the white lady ignored me,as if I'm invisible and jump off to assist them, I then confronted her to say,good morning,I'm on the queue and it's my turn to be served,she then said I will be with you soon,responding whilst serving those clients, isn't this beyond pathetic , disrespect, I dashed out of frustration to go back to my office and then decided I should go back immediately to put a stop to this once and for all, I got there to report the matter to the same manager who was first ignoring us and acknowledged these clients, and she told me about the cameras and ask her colleague the question and they communicated in Afrikaans and I really felt lost and I decided to drive to town to get a better service. This whole situation is undermining and it this kind of treatment must come to an end, though our skins may differ,our blood is common and we deserve same treatment and respect as our money is also the same value.
