Bad Service, Horible Quality

Looking for a voucher for photos I should have know better than to go to Kodak Express. After being told there in no way to get a card loaded with money they said they had a voucher for 200 photos. But did not give me the voucher or tell me the T&C's. Instead they told me what I wanted to hear to make the sale. All of what they said was against the T&C's. Later when trying to redeem the voucher all of this came up. Horrible service and even worse honesty.
