Bad service

I ordered a frame from kodak centurion mall on the 27/02/2021-i was told I Wil receive the frame in the next 7 working days and I will receive a sms stating that the frame is ready for collection.. I went to the store yesterday 27/03 and no one can tell where is my frame and newspaper article... I am so disappointed with their level of customer service.. A whole month with no sort of communication..
