Bad moody lady

We got at the store at 13:00 and we found a lady at the counter, we greeted her and ask if the self service kiosks machine were working because we wanted to print some pictures. She told us that not even one machine is working so if we want pictures we should send an email, because we were told that we gonna get pictures after one hour we then decided to go have something to eat. While eating I started to select pictures so that I can send an email only to find that It couldn't go through, we then went back to the store and this was after 1hr and when we got there the same lady who help earlier told me that the reason the email won't go through its because it was too many pictures, she then advised me to send pictures in 5's mind you we needed 100 pictures. As I was busy talking to her then a couple (white) walked in and went to talk to the guy working there, he took them straight to the machines we were told they not working and they got serviced. At this point I was fuming and when I ask the guy how has the machines been working, he said since the morning. Now the time was 14: 45 and the lady said to the guy if anyone should come at 15:30 they must not be helped and when I look around in the store I noticed that it was only us and the is no way our 100 pictures will be done by that time. Bad service from this lady and I felt like busting out but decided to keep my cool, Kodak will loose business if they keep such staff in their outlets
