Bad business ethics

Kodak Eastgate is absolutely useless !! Have not updated their self service kiosks in years and I get told today that I cannot print things myself because I have an iPhone and I now need to email all of my pictures first because they haven’t updated the system in a few years. Very unprofessional and photos have become ridiculously priced !!
