Bad attitude

There's a young Zulu speaking lady working at kodak in Alberton city. She has bad customer etiquette... She must just change her attitude and stop disrespecting people or should I say customers. She never responds when she's greeted,she doesn't know how to give information she thinks she's doing us a favour by so doing. When she took that job it's was for her lively hood. Customers that use kodak are from all walks of life and from all professionals and I refuse for her to treat people that bring money to the business to be treated like that. This review is after an incident that happened today with a soccer T shirt of my nephew that needed printing. I'm so disgusted by that ladies attitude.
