Attitude from store manager

I am really disappointed at the level of service I received at Kodak Bayswater on Friday, 28Apr2023. First of all, I am not a first time customer at any Kodak. I am used to the best of best services and their staff are well trained and well informed. However, the level of disrespect and unvalue for customers was out of this world at Kodak Express Bayswater. The lady who supported Ime on the day, which I believe is a manager was either very angry at herself or whatever transpired with the customer before me. I asked her for printed ID photos and all I got was "what ID photos" as if there are any other ID photos accept for normal ID photos. After explaining to her and her actually serving me with attitude when I left the door she bid me farewell with a special "Nxa" so I suppose that the new greeting at Kodak is "Nxa". My advice to myself would be to stay at Kodak Express Fluerdal as their service has been nothing but welcoming and for that I would like to thank their training managers for a good job. But Bayswater no more.
