Appalling service

I rushed over to Kodak after work as I needed to print a photo for my daughters project. I arrived at 17:55 and the shop assistant couldn't help but tell me that they've already switched off the systems and they're closing. She even referred me to cna just so that she won't have to help me. To top it off they were telling me how incompatible my phone is with they're system. They had every excuse as to why they couldn't help me because they were in a hurry to go home. Honestly the service was appalling. There was no effort to assist me whatsoever. If this is how they will continue to conduct business then the doors of that branch will definitely shutdown. Im really disgusting as to how I was treated yesterday and I'll definitely not go there ever again, nor will I refer anyone. In fact I'll let everyone, who cares to listen, just how unprofessional the staff is
