Absolutely pathetic service from kodak Trade route mall

<p>I have had the most terrible experience with this branch of Kodak. I cannot believe the pathetic level of service that I received from this branch.</p> <p>I ordered and paid for a canvas to be done at this store and they gave me a timeline of 3 days from that day so i said its fine as i needed it only on the fourth day(it was supposed to be a gift for someones birthday). i went back to the store the fourth day and they hadnt even started on the canvas as yet. when i asked them what happened, they said that they forgot about my canvas and "you will have to wait another three days". I told them i cant as it is a gift for someone so it will be hopeless giving them the gift three days after their birthday. I just took my money and left.</p>
