Billed 3 times for 1 transaction

I swiped R500.00 on the 4th and my account was billed three times. I called the guest house and they told me that they cannot help me today. The person responsible will come back on Monday to attend to my query, that person is in Dubai. This has caused a serious inconvenience for me.
