Poor service Koalet properties

Recieved a mail advertising a 3 garden flat that is available.. Was impressed with photos and would like to have viewed the property. Didnt respond immediately to my request and provide info..There is an option yo provide address but got no response. I just would of like to see where the property is precisely situated. Asked to.arrange to view property. Took a while for response. Then i was asked when the property would be needed. Answered end of Jan or beginning of Feb2024. On the advert they said the property is immediately available. Then stopped everything. Unacceptable and poor service. Wont recommend them at all.
