Ko-Porch luxury guest house - Polokwane

What a place. I would NOT EVER recommend this place to anyone! From the get go. The address that they gave was the incorrect address and they are aware of it. We came in and the lady Anna who showed us around was no cherry, she literally kept telling us about the things that were broken which was practically everything, including the garage. We were shown around and she told us that she didn’t clean around because she was to lazy to do so and there wasn’t any need, we literally could see the dirt and dust and things from the previous people who stayed there. The things that were promised such as free WiFi, breakfast, pool, jacuzzi and security were not there. Besides that the place was genuinely such a hazardous place, from the stairs which were literally uneven and extremely steep, to the bathrooms where there are NO doors and the possibility of falling is extremely HIGH. We were told that no one was in the house and no one had access to the house but us and Anna however a dude was able to enter the house and we had no idea how mind you we are ladies in the house… the Lord only knows who that dude was. Further we were denied our own set of keys and we were told that they had great security and we wouldn’t need keys. We had doors that literally were jammed and couldn’t be closed and locked correctly. Now let’s get to the rooms and sitting area.. it was so dirty all I could smell and taste was dust. The beds were not white that’s for sure and the pillows literally had stains There was nothing nice or cute or clean about it. My family and I felt BEYOND uncomfortable. I don’t know how this place is still standing up and running a business with such accommodations. We left after 1 night because we couldn’t handle it at all.
