Second hand jeep rubicon with 30 000km on clock sold to us

We bought the jeep rubicon from Kynsa waterfront motors second hand with 30 000km on the clock. We stay in Jhb and they are in knysna so all the arrangements were made via watsapp and email etc as we could not see the car in person. We werd told that the car is in excellent condition and that it was in great running orderand all mechanical and engine parts werebit great running order. The jeep when we picked it up from delivery in babsfontein was absolutely filthy and with many deep scratches in it unlike we were told and a video sent to us that it was a few swirl scrathes being black. The car we were told had a tow bar. So were surprised to find a towbar, but no wiring to allow the tow a caravan or trailer. Which we then had to do ourselves at great cost almost R5000. The overdrive button was stuck and could not be released. We also had to replace a part in the front right wheal as we had to put new tyers on the jeep as the old tyres apparently had 80 % tread on them according to knysa waterfront motors. But to our astonishment only had 40 % tread left according to the company that replaced the tyres. The only tyre that had 100% tread left was the spare tyre. We were also told by the tyre company in Jhb that the part had to be replaced as the old part was ceased and therefore no wheel alligment could be done so there again at a big cost to us R25000.00 for tyres and over R2000.00 for the part. We have since then sent the car to Bosch car service centre to do an overall checkover for us. Well they have told us that the car at 30 000km needs new brake pads only 5% left on the pads and new discs at a cost of R11 000 plus that there is oil leaks coming from the head gasket that could cost in excess of over R20 000 to fix. This is outragious for a car that was paid for in Cash by my partner of R339 900 via EFT. This is highly upsetting and disturbing to us that we have to deal with all of this financially and emotionally. KNYSA WATERFRONT MOTORS are a totally useless bunch. Especially the salesman who we dealt with. So anyone who wants to buy a car from them beware!!!!! If anyone has feedback or help regarding this in what we can do about it.
