Poor service!

I paid a deposit over a month ago, after being told it was urgent that we order our bricks for a paving project. I was told 1-2 weeks before work would commence. More than a month later, no communication about the delay in starting work; no replies to my messages; each time I have had to call and chase, each time with more delays. I wouldn't have minded the wait if he had just been communicative and kept me in the loop effectively. Eventually the owner didn't answer my calls and I had to use a different number to reach him! I have asked for a refund...
