8 months later still struggling with Knysna Municipality

Knysna Municipality fails to replace my Yamaha keyboard and double X shape keyboard stand after it got lost from there property. It's now 8 months later and nobody can assist me, how ever they ordered something cheaper, and according to the advice they got from there legal department to tell me is 'take it or leave it' This is the thank you I get for helping them out last year with my music instruments for free. They fail to inform me that my equipment got lost from there property . I handed them in my quotation and still yet the go and order a beginners keyboard.
