Absolute poor service - their call around time is three hours as they don't help you immediately. Clients must pay for shipment of parts from Fiat otherwise you must wait four days to receive your parts. The biggest joke is that you must pay for the shipment from Knysna to George also. They tell you that they will apply for a deviation in the price ,but you must pay before they can order the part. All they tell you we have systems in place. There is no client centricity in their operations of their business.
