Very , very poor service!!!!!!!

We recently had my friend's wedding at the Knysna Elephant Park. I was super excited since it was my first time ever going there. The hostess Chandré was very, very rude and unprofessional! As with any other wedding we were a bit late, when we got there the guests were complaining about her being very unfriendly towards them. She threatened to chase away the guests just because they had sit where they weren't supposed to, with booze they had bought there! Instead of directing them to where they need to be and telling them what is allowed and not, in a decent way, she threatened to chase them away. It's a whole week and a half almost later, and we are still waiting on the security fee to be refunded. Every day she has an excuse she's busy and running around. My question is, do you guys treat everyone like that or just the people of colour. I'm not one to pull out the race card, I hate it actually, but if not ONLY one or two, but most of the guests felt she was giving ****** vibes, then where's the damn lie!? I'm very, very disappointed and disgusted with her behavior. I mean, we are just as much paying customers like everybody else!! Now we have to feel like loafers begging for money that rightfully belongs to us!? You really need to do better and treat everyone as equals. WORK ON YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME!!!!
