Not given what promised

<p>We booked into the Luxury Suite at the Park for 2 nights. This comes with a hefty price due to it being Luxury. When we got into the room we didnt have a TV or robes and slippers as promised. Due to it being so expensive you expect everything that is promised to you. I emailed them after our stay to inform them of their downfall and we still havent had a response.</p> <p> </p> <p>The elephant encounters and the handlers are absolutely amazing. Just sad that they dont give you what is promised and then they dont even try and fix the problem.</p>
