Knysna Race tour and Prime cyrcle complaint
Knysna Race 2026 what a flop.. Paid my fees of R1495 atleast 3 months ago ..I get to the tents to collect my packages..first of all they cannot pick up my payment telling me I haven't paid but I paid to GWIM and that's the Recipient ..The desk lady tells me she doesn't know who GWIM is ..pathetic..best of all in my package from them is a 500gram uncooked macoroni what a joke 😂 I ordered 2 knysna t shirts and a cycling knysna shirt again paying R1495 and to get told they still on the way from Durban so I did not recieve what Iv ordered but I'm cycling tomorrow.. i then arrive later to the beer tent at the Knysna Cycle Tour as I'm competing to get told by Prime circles agent (Mariska Geyer)we cannot buy from the beer tent as we did not pay R250 to watch prime circle ..I'm not here to watch prime circle actually not sure who they even are.. I'm here to enjoy myself with my family at the cycle tour I paid to be at..Agent of prime circle is rude and disrespectful and disruptive ..approaching my table with my family and a 2 year old child and confronts me to tell me I must let her explain in a disgusting forcful manner ..(not sure who she thinks she is) forcing her face into mine infront of my family ..No ways!!absolutely unacceptable ..
