Worst customer experience I have ever encountered

Worst customer service ever. Trying to return a table runner I bought at the wrong size. They are charging me 2 x courier costs. Item cost R200 odd rand. They are charging full courier for pickup and full courier for delivery of the correct runner (which totals to R180). When I questioned why they don't just charge me one courier so the courier company can deliver and collect at the same time they had this bull**** excuse that supplier will not release new runner if old runner isn't returned. I say bull**** because they are anyways suggesting that I make an order for a new runner so not like the supplier is going to use the old material to issue another runner. Lovely products but I will never buy anything from them again. If they at least tried to assist me that would have been great.
