Knus Decor won't communicate - I believe I've been ******

I ordered from Knus a few years ago with no issues. However, I've recently been taken for a ride. I ordered an oak bench from them months ago and reached the max turnaround time last week. I received an automated message mid-August to say my item was on its way soon, but I have had no further comms from them and zero responses since. Not one of their two phone numbers work and I've noticed that they've deleted their social media accounts. "

I was ****** of a 10k deposit by another furniture company earlier this year and can't believe this is happening again.
