Beautiful online store not fulfilling their order contract and refund.

Extremely disappointed in KNUS. After more than two months, I have nothing. Not my beautiful desk that I ordered (wasn't ordererd by KNUS) or my R6000 refund as promised would be in my account after 10 working days max.
