Avoid KNUS Home Decor. They do not fulfill their refund promises. Looking at other reviews, everyone is promised a 10-day refund, but it just never materializes.
They don’t respond to emails, and the phone number listed on their website is disconnected. It’s unfortunate, but they seem to be professional ****mers.

If you have an outstanding order with them, I recommend reporting the issue to the authorities. You can find information about the company's directors on Bizportal.gov under Enterprise No: K***. The company is currently undergoing voluntary liquidation.
