Knup Couriers not to be trusted.

Knup Couriers was supposed to deliver my parcel today as I paid express shipping, however, they didn't even bother to phone to find out if somebody is home. THEY JUST LEFT! Leaving my parcel undelivered. Very unacceptable, one would think because they have the clients number at hand that they would phone in case nobody heard the bell rang or in case the bell doesn't work. Foschini definitely needs to use a better courier service, they don't even let anybody phone them. Everything is handled over email causing more delay.

Not impressed at all.
