Disappointed AGAIN!! Never use this company

Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse with this company!!!

I phoned in to Foschini to ensure that my parcel that was undelivered the first time gets delivered at 13:30 as somebody would be home then.

They phoned Knup who then assured them that they will find out IF THEY CAN deliver again today and get back to me, THEY NEVER BOTHERED PHONING ME TO INFORM ME AND AGAIN NOBODY WAS HOME TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL AFTER I SPECIFICALLY SAID 13:30.

If Knup would only go through minimal effort for their client and actually have the courier driver PHONE the contact number on the waybill then this matter would have been resolved a long time ago.

Utter disgust in the service at Knup and will never order from anybody that uses their services!
