Bad services & lies !

I placed an order on MRP Oline & later called into their call centre I was assisted by Dalene from Mr Price call centre whom I told her that I need the order to be delivered today as I am leaving town & won't be here to accept the package on Friday I also needed the package as it was a gift. <br> <br> Dalene was kind enough to call their courier KNUP & was advised the delivery is in the drivers truck & will be delivered to me before 17:00 at 16:45 I called & spoke to Erusmus who contacted KUNP again & advised the driver will be there by 17:00pm <br> <br> At 16:56 I called again & I was told the driver is two minutes away <br> I waited until 17:30 & there was still no sign of the KUNP driver. <br> <br> I am highly ****ed off at this as I don't know how to contact KUNP THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE LINE & I am not at my office at all tomorrow morning I am peeping to leave town!<br> <br> <br> I want my money back immediately Mr Prive & KUNP clearly has dishonest people working for them who think other people's time is a joke!
