Tech21 Evo wallet

KNR flatrock are the distributors for tech21 mobile phone covers. We bought the tech21 Evo wallet cover for our son's Samsung Galaxy note 8 smartphone after asking the sales lady we want the best protection for this very expensive smartphone. The problem with the tech21 Evo wallet cover is the clip that holds the cover closed. Our son took great care of his phone not dropping it once in 6 months. Then last week he took his phone out of his pocket and it fell on the clip holding the cover closed. The clip pierced the screen from the side and completely destroyed the screen and LCD. This is CLEARLY a design error on the tech21 Evo wallet and now they just won't admit it. For this reason I would urge anyone who wants the best protection for their Samsung Galaxy note 8 smartphone not to even consider getting the tech21 Evo wallet.
