Disgusting customer service.
An amount of R44 was debited to my Credit card on 25 May 2026. After numerous telephone calls since, for they simply do not return a complaint with a solution, they have now told me to drive 38KM round trip, phone my Bank so they can speak to them to aquire the details of the transaction. I sent them my bank statement. I spoke to Fatima and Rachel who has not referred the matter to management for resolution by now. Disgusting. I will definately never use them again. Pathetic customer service.

The order never came but on the app it stated delivered
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Knowles SPAR through the SPAR4U app. My order shows as “delivered” at 18:10, but I never received anything. The app indicates the order was collected at 16:22, and I have been waiting since then. It is now 6 o’clock and I still have not received my order. When I called the store, I was told the order was still on the way to me, which completely contradicts what the app says. This lack of communication and inaccurate tracking is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase their own deliveries or be left waiting for hours without clear information. Very poor service and a frustrating experience. I expect better reliability, proper communication, and honesty when it comes to deliveries.

I have been using the Spar delivery app for awhile and sadly this is not the first time
I have been using the Spar delivery app for awhile and sadly this is not the first time. I order a few items, the order arrives. One or two items missing and it's a mission to get refunded. This time the items amounted to over a R100 so I tried contacting customer care. I sent in app complaints. I still have not even received a reference number. It's been almost a month and I'm completely ignored. I don't like leaving bad reviews but what can a person do.
