Despite following all directions and successfully logging onto a foreign network via their Sim (in the UK), and ‘renting’ a local UK number from their service, I was unable to connect. After loading further USD75 to buy ‘data packages’ etc etc - still able to connect. Eventually had to rip the sim sticker off just to get my phone back to normal profile. When asked for a refund, they said ‘I should have contacted them’ - how? When the communication device needed to communicate with them doesn’t work. 3rd time I have fallen for their ****, never again.
