Shocking service

Visited this establishment on recommendations from a family friend. Ordered drinks, beer and cider which took for ever. Ordered lunch for 4 and after 1hr and 40mins decided to leave. The waiter, who definitely requires training, looked lost. I called him from the kitchen (on his cellphone) and said the chef would be another 15mins. Just then another patron also decided he hsd enough and was leaving. NO manager in sight.
