Good service but bad morals

I am quite satisfied with the place itself even the staff was quite friendly...however I forgot my charger in the room and when I called to ask abt it the friendly owner said she will get back to me...however when she got back to she said there's nothing and nor did the staff get anything. I however know that I left it in the plug...I feel that its unacceptable for people to take what doesn't belong to them...after getting such great service I am really disappointed in the fact that my charger just disappeared into thin air.
