Bad customer service and they are *****s.

My mum bought ceiling material on the 11th of July 2023. She got sick in August and was hospitalized. In the mist of here being not well she lost the receipt. Fortunately she took a picture of the receipt before it got lost. We focused on her and abandoned the installation of the ceiling up until she was better. When we approached the store with the matter they refused point blank to give us the material even though we showed them the picture. The material was R3740.00 and that is a lot of money to loose. The customer service is absolutely disgusting and they even swearing at us. They have no email address.
