Hosting Nightmare

I was requested by a client to move over their domain and hosting to Xneelo . I was only polite and reasonable. This happens all the time. It was a client request.

The people at Kniceties had the domain and hosting. We struggled to get the transfer ticket accepted and were told that they could not help. I worked closely with Xneelo to confirm that they indeed hosted the site and needed to accept the ticket. Then we asked for the files. They said that these are transferred with the domain and hosting which is wrong. Eventually, with help we managed to get the site. The site had been cleaned out. The theme and plugins had been maliciously deleted. They then proceeded to ignore all emails as well as block my number. We are now left with only the content on a 2019 Wordpress install.

They seem to be happy to take your business but when you move are very sour about it. So beware if you are with them and you ever need to move say goodbye to support and your property ( Website )
